COVID-19 Protocols

 

Dear Patients,

We are so happy to be able to open our doors to you again.  We will be providing essential in-person appointments, as well as continuing with TeleMedicine. For the health and safety of our patients and team, we have implemented the following protocols:

  • We will continue to offer TeleMedicine to all current and new patients.  For more information, please click here.
  • We ask that you please wait for your appointment in your car and fill out any required paperwork during this time.
  • Temperature will be taken upon arrival.  If your temperature is 99 degrees or higher, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • If you answer yes to any of the screening questions regarding symptoms, travel, and/or contact, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • We ask that guests do not accompany patients unless it is medically necessary.
  • Facemasks are required for both patients and employees. We ask that you please bring a mask with you.
  • More frequent cleaning. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we have implemented more frequent sanitizing on top of our previously high cleaning standards.
